Appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the
District of Vermont, 15 William K. Sessions, III, Chief Judge, convicting
defendant of firearms and robbery-related offenses, 16 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(i),
924(c), 2113, and 2312, and sentencing him without downward departure to 17
minimize the difference between his sentence and that imposed on a codefendant
who was not charged 18 with violating § 924(c). 19. Appeal dismissed for lack of
appellate jurisdiction. 20
